We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our customer care team. Responsibilities Includes :Handle Customer escalations.Provide Customer Service via phone, email and chat.Interact with customers on daily basis.Processing orders, forms and purchase.Weekly and daily reports on customers interactions, transactions and complaints. Requirement:Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants must be attentive and take note to corrections. Fast with Decision making. Respond promptly at all times..
