About the Role:
In the pivotal role of a Software Solutions Architect, you will be at the heart of our technical operations, steering the architectural roadmap and translating business problems into sound technical solutions. Your expertise will be fundamental in mentoring other team members, helping them grow and nurturing a collaborative and innovative work environment. With a clear growth path, we envision you taking on larger leadership roles, reflecting our trust in your skills and development.
Responsibilities:
- Forge close relationships with clients to comprehend their objectives and requirements, translating these into architectural blueprints.
- Craft high-level structural designs and work closely with the development teams to ensure alignment with the solutions envisioned.
- Pilot the transition from high-level architectural designs to detailed designs, ensuring technical standards are met at all stages.
- Mentor and guide development teams, nurturing collaboration, and ensuring best practices are adhered to.
- Stay abreast with the evolving landscape of technology to foster innovation and ensure our solutions are at the cutting edge.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement, ensuring our solutions are both sustainable and scalable.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure our solutions not only meet client requirements but also adhere to legal and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of professional experience in software development with a deep understanding of Vue.js framework, and TypeScript, with at least 4 years in a solutions architect or senior developer role.
- Proven experience in working with Python, with deep expertise in FastAPI and SQLAlchemy.
- Comprehensive understanding of SQL, notably Postgres.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and experience in responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficiency in a Vue UI Component Framework, like BootstrapVue, is desirable.
- Expertise in Git version control and a deep understanding of RESTful APIs and HTTP protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Firebase is advantageous.
- Advanced level of English.
