Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within a call center environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and preferably Spanish.
- Familiarity with credit reports, credit scores, and the nuances of credit repair is advantageous.
- Comfortable with remote work and proficient in using digital tools for communication and management.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- High Computer Proficiency: Manage multiple platforms effectively.
- Handle 20-30 Inbound Calls Daily: Engage actively with clients seeking credit solutions.
- Offer Solutions: Utilize your toolkit to assist clients in starting their credit repair journey.
- Secure Success Stories: Aim to achieve 3 successful client interactions per shift.
- Work a full 8-hour day with a 70% active rate, being on calls or ready to take them.
Minimal Tech Requirement:
- Wired Internet Connection: For stable and uninterrupted connectivity.
- 8 GB RAM/12 GB RAM: 8GB minimum is required to run on our platforms/programs
- Wired Headset: Ensures a more reliable audio transmission in comparison to wireless headsets.
- Noise-free work environment: Free of disruptions for professional call handling.
- No Chromebooks, tablets, android devices, phones, netbooks or similar.
