  • Answer basic sales queries.
In addition, the written word is at the core of everything we do. So we’re looking for someone who cares deeply about quality of writing and who can do one or more of the following:
You will work directly with the CEO, so you must be self-motivating and able to get things done independently.
ABOUT YOU
You have at least two years of experience supporting a manager or senior executive/team in a fast-paced environment. You may have worked as a business administrator, administrative assistant, executive assistant or operations manager. You’re independent, reliable and can work from home. You thrive on efficiency and seek more work as soon as your current to-do list is complete. You write well; and you are passionate about quality of document preparation. You may even have some professional experience that involves writing or editing text.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll work directly with our CEO to take on as many of his admin, writing and data-entry tasks as possible. Your goal is to give our CEO time and space to lead the company.
The work will cover the whole range of sales, marketing, procurement, and customer/technical support. You should be able to work with procurement teams, engineers and end-users alike.
Our team is small, so you’ll need to be able to step into roles that you might never have experienced before. If our customer service person is away, you’ll step in to help on customer support.REQUIREMENTS
You have at least two years of experience supporting a manager or senior executive/team in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with some experience in sales/marketing administration will have an advantage.
Ideally, your professional background includes writing or editing (such as newsletters, proposals, articles, books, publications, reports, contracts), or you majored in English Literature.
You can work from home on a PC with Windows. BENEFITS We’re a European company that believes in a work-life balance (yes, really).
We’re sympathetic to the demands of family life and welcome applications from experienced professionals from all backgrounds who need to work flexibly.
Benefits include:
  • $35k-$45k salary (depending on experience).
  • 100% remote (we believe in trust and autonomy).
  • Five weeks of paid time off plus eight public holidays.
  • Company-paid medical.
  • Dental and 401k options available.
