The ideal candidate will either be based in India/Japan/Latin America or work remotely with their sole focus on that specific region. Experience in said location is a must. 
Job responsibilities: 
·         Carry out strategies that ensure customer needs are met and satisfaction rates are high 
·         Introduce and implement the country specific gaming culture into the company using  expertise, experience and innovation 
·         Responsible for growth, optimization and localization across all of the location based products 
·         Be up to date with the current market trends and databases within the specific region to  maintain and build our product 
·         Communicate latest trends and results effectively within chapters and across the company 
·         Manage, motivate and lead team members in each chapter 
·         Strive to increase product engagement and awareness whilst continuously being on the lookout for future initiatives that will drive the product 
·         Operate efficiently whilst working closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Content, Tech, Design and Conversion 
Job skill requirements: 
·         Considerable experience in iGaming - casino/sports betting/poker, ideally gained through a renowned gaming company, consulting agency, or affiliate 
·         Fluent in English and in the language of your chosen region 
·         Considerate to the culture and mindset of the country (preferably from having lived there) 
·         Independent, motivated and respected. Ability to convince and inspire your colleagues 
·         Results driven with the ability to set ambitious goals and use achievable roadmaps of objectives and key results to achieve them 
·         Strong decisive mindset using data, numbers and facts 
·         Balanced decision maker, taking into account financial and market data, and also customer needs and technical feasibility 
·         Positive team player attitude, accompanied by a constant urge to succeed and grow
