Developer - Investment Management

We are currently looking for an associate with experience in python and AWS to join our risk and operations team. On the operations side, we will need you to oversee reconciliations of holdings, cash balances, net asset values, and performance to custodians and fund administrators. You will communicate with brokers and ensure broker feeds are received in a timely manner. You will also participate in the account onboarding process including setting up custodians and connectivity with common industry services providers. On the risk side, you will assist with the daily compliance review of portfolios against client and regulatory restrictions. You will support the creation of automated reports showing updated holdings, exposure and risk metrics. We are Boston based but in the current environment, we are all working remotely. For this role, we will consider applications that wish to work remotely.

Qualifications · Strong background in Python is fundamental · Familiarity with AWS and fluent in managing relational databases within AWS · Experience with Tableau required · Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) required · Technically minded with focus on process and system improvement · Helpful to have an understanding of controls, process, and operational procedures for investment advisers
