SketchDeck is on a mission to bring high quality design across organizations, with a completely new approach bringing technology and designers together from around the world. We are looking for a smart, empathetic and motivated Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. 
SketchDeck is a fully remote company. For this role we're open to new team members anywhere in the US who can work Pacific time business hours. We are a small but ambitious team of 15 full time employees. We'll help you grow and advance your career in Sales.
What you’ll be doing at SketchDeck:
  • Provide a world-class experience to inbound leads expressing interest in SketchDeck via multiple channels, including video calls, phone and email
  • Generate new leads from outbound communication with smart, focused strategies
  • Smartly organize and follow up with leads to secure initial qualification calls
  • Host initial meetings to demonstrate the platform, build excitement for SketchDeck, qualify potential and secure a next step.
  • Close “pay as you go” qualified leads into project placing accounts
  • Become a SketchDeck expert to build trust with your leads
  • Keep records of interactions with leads in Hubspot (our CRM)
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process and workflows
