Requirements:
  • Strong technical foundation to include an undergraduate degree in computer science or engineering. An MBA or other appropriate advanced degree is strongly preferred. The successful candidate should have a minimum 12 years of information technology experience in roles of increasing complexity around enterprise integration.
  • Depth in large scale enterprise architecture is required. The successful candidate must be a skilled architect and have advanced knowledge and experience with solutions/application architecture, and business process design. Depth of knowledge of best in class architecture methodologies and an ability to apply next generation technology solutions in a rapidly changing business is expected.
  • Proven IT strategy, governance and project management skills are required as is a track record of developing short and long range IT plans that are in alignment with business and technical requirements. The ability to determine and deploy resources to ensure achievement of goals and objectives is critical.
  • Direct experience in application and solutions architecture is critical specifically in Service Oriented Architecture and a strong understanding in SOAP and Rest based webservices and how to properly secure them.
  • Business architecture exposure is ideal. Past experience driving large scale process redesign and working closely with business leaders to impact productivity and efficiency efforts would be helpful. Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma or other quality and process improvement methods is preferred.
  • Proven innovation and strategic visioning skills are important. The successful candidate must have demonstrable experience leading large change and innovation efforts and the exposure to best practices to ensure consistent delivery of projects, appropriate prioritization with the business and the metrics and dashboards to effectively communicate across the leadership team.
  • Demonstrable track record working cross-functionally to drive change in a fast paced, high growth business. In connection with the continued transformation and growth of this business, the successful candidate will need to facilitate, mentor, educate and influence the business and technology team. A proven track record of driving innovation and new thinking is required.
