IT Release Manager (m/f/d)

You are looking for
- Manage and align the release planning with project portfolio of the company.
- Coordination of the release activities with all stakeholders of the bank.
- Manage the changes, risks and issues, major milestones and quality gates to ensure successful releases.
- Conduct and communicate on all release meetings, Go/nogo, quality or scope reviews meetings lessons learned with it or business stakeholders.
- Leading the Go live activities including the supervision of deployment plans and daily follow-up of possible issues and their remediation in warranty phase.
- Continuously work on improving the release management process and activities and inter-dependencies with other IT activities.
You have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2-6 years of previous release and/or project management experience, (solid understanding of project management principles preferred)
- 8-10 years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development
- Formal training in project management practices preferred
- Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
- Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must
- General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office expert level knowledge of Excel, working knowledge of Access
