Are you a Dynamics Developer looking for a new, exciting opportunity?

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000

We are working with our client to enhance and improve the way that they are able to respond to and deal with customer enquiries and problems. They are currently implementing a new Customer Experience Platform (CxP) which is underpinned by Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). A lot of discovery work has been done so far and they are now starting to develop the platform using an agile delivery framework model, taking early opportunities to deliver value in tandem to developing and evolving the CxP platform.
We are now building a development team to support this work. You'll be working in an agile team. We are grateful that we are a company that can work from home easily, and so we all started doing this a week before lockdown. We are reviewing this as time passes and government advice changes but for now, we can work from home, so we are. We'll provide you with whatever you might need in order to work comfortably from home, apart from an extra room... we can't do extensions, sorry! :) But if you have a quiet space that you can work in, we can do the rest! When we get back to normal you will be working mainly at our offices and occasionally at our client’s offices (10 miles apart). Your involvement in this team will generate more efficient process and improve the experience for our client’s customers and employees.
We're looking for a developer to support development of solutions within the CXP platform, to solve specific business problems/need.
  • Define solutions on D365 solution to solve specific business problems/need
  • Develop new capabilities and extend use cases on D365
  • Develop customer portal on D365
  • Provide integration to various front end and back end systems
  • Work within an agile delivery framework to deliver iterative business value through the CXP platform

Requirements

Required experience

  • Experience of development of complex configuration in Dynamics 365 online including developing from scratch and migration from legacy systems
  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment
  • Integration experience with various front-end web services and customer portals
  • Integration experience with various back office systems
  • Experience with the programming languages associated with D365 development

Desired but not essential

  • Experience of related Microsoft products, for example SharePoint and Power BI would be advantageous
