Our Production Engineering organization is looking to hire a E2E Test Engineer, dedicated to our Security Analytics Engineering group, which leads the development and productization of analytics solutions for better protection of our users from malicious actors and improvement of our customer product experience.
This is a small and closely knit team with startup mentality, which needs a test engineer with data analytics expertise who can help in designing, developing, deploying and tuning the automation tests used to ensure the data quality and accuracy of our analytical solutions.
The teams focuses on using analytics, metrics, machine learning, and threat research on petabyte-scale data to deliver security value to millions of business users across thousands of businesses. The product portfolio is a part of the rapidly growing Carbon Black Cloud platform that delivers next-generation endpoint protection capabilities from the cloud.

What You’ll Do:
Design tests and test frameworks to be stable in the pipeline
Support extended teams in troubleshooting problems, such as E2E test failures to narrow down root cause
Provide feedback, propose solutions and suggest improvements in the product
Meet industry standard compliance in materials, products, equipment and processes throughout the entire production phase
Aid deployment, release and delivery automation
Deploy and manage AWS instances for test deployments
Orchestrate end-to-end test frameworks in various stages of the pipeline
Track test results as query-able time series data and alert upon failure in an automated fashion
Support test failure troubleshooting in various relevant pipelines
Support troubleshooting of customer found bugs and close the test coverage loop
What You’ll Bring:
2+ years of experience with data analysis
Strong analytical and programming skills, Python or Java preferred
Good understanding of networking fundamentals
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead discussions
Excellent troubleshooting skills and great attention to detail
What We Consider a Plus:
Solid understanding of tools such as Spark and Flink
Experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Athena, Kinesis, EMR
Experience supporting an enterprise-level SaaS environment
