Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer

For one of our clients (innovative Fintech located in Germany) we are setting up a new team and that is the reason why I am reaching out to you.Our teams consist of about 4-5 experienced engineers and about 2 quality assurance experts. In this team, you will be working on a greenfield Ruby on Rails application that involves fairly complicated backend integration work, but also a feature-rich frontend. We'll use Vue.js in a progressive approach to get the most out of good old server-side rendering and fancy browser-side apps. We may also consider Hotwire - that depends on your advice as well.In the team you will:

Location:We are 100% remote and you can basically work from everywhere you feel most productive and happy.  The customer is located in Europe so a substantial coverage of Europe's business hours (3+/- hours) will be very helpful to gain traction.You have:
