As a Senior Frontend Developer you help people find their dream job. You do this by developing a new recruitment marketing platform.
This is what you will do as a Senior Frontend Developer
In general you will develop new features for our applications using modern Javascript, Vue, Nuxt.js and Tailwind CSS. For example, you will become responsible for building the frontend which handles job applications. Or you work on the visual editor our team members use to create landing pages like the one you are looking at now!
You will also help your teammates succeed: by performing code reviews or having pair programming sessions.
The job is not only about delivering features according to specifications. It actually involves a great deal of understanding of our product, communication back and forth with our users. You will enjoy having autonomy at work and you should feel comfortable in an environment in which you will be getting your requirements directly from end users or colleagues.

What do you bring?
- You are an excellent communicator in English, both written and spoken.
- You enjoy contributing to the team by writing high quality code on our Vue based tech stack.
- You currently live and work in a timezone within 2 hours from Amsterdam.
This is what the team looks like
All team members have been selected to be good communicators first. They enjoy working with autonomy and have the power to decide what to work on, based on a well defined quarterly goal. We have very few meetings and a flat hierarchy!
The development team is small, it currently consists of only five people: Ewoud from the Netherlands, Miguel and Luis from Spain and Razvan from Romania and Joe from Lebanon. You would become the second full time frontend developer.
