Frontend Developer

US-based only.We are seeking an ambitious, organized, proactive, and reliable Frontend Developer to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be an outstanding, positive professional who fits our unique, caring company culture. He or she will thrive when faced with challenges, excel in a fast-paced work environment, execute projects quickly and efficiently, and take a lead role when assigned projects.
Technical Experience Requirements:
- A solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and basic JS (meaning you can get the job done without needing a framework)
- Ability to build website styles from scratch using CSS or SASS
- Knowledge of CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, and Foundation is a must)
- Basic understanding of build tools such as Gulp and Webpack
- Able to implement full-stack solutions utilizing a PHP-based CMS (ExpressionEngine, WordPress)
- Basic understanding of LAMP/LEMP stack workflows
- Able to build sites responsively; identify cross-browser/platform compatibility issues
- Experience with git version control and understanding of different deployment workflows
- Working with the team to accurately scope deliverables, estimate timelines, identify additional resources needed to successfully complete a project
- Able to discuss and think through the best ways of implementing frontend and application architecture
- Knowledge of Accessibility and ADA compliance standards

- Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop solutions to complex problems
- Have exceptional organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, and attention to detail
- Have great interpersonal and communication skills
- Be comfortable working within a team environment as well as independently
