The Frontend Lead Role
You’ll work with leadership and the product team to lead the migration from existing technologies to modern frameworks. Collaborate with the team members to define the user experience and design of new features and tools.
You’ll be responsible for hiring and leading a team of engineers and establishing the tools and processes to ensure a modern, high quality product.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Frontend Engineers developing the CryptoSlam web UI
- Collaborate and plan with leadership and product teams to ensure high quality and on-schedule deliverables
- Drive forward the state of the art for UI and UX at CryptoSlam, to ensure that we can stay competitive in the NFT Analytics Marketplace
- Mentor junior team members helping them improve their skills and contribute to a high performing team
Qualifications- 8+ years of Frontend Development experience including React, TypeScript, and Javascript
- 4+ years leading a team of Frontend Developers
- Strong experience with Agile Methods and tools like Jira (preferred), Asana or Trello
- Experience with prototyping tools like Balsamiq for early prototyping, and Figma or the like for the creation of CSS and HTML.
