Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will maintain and grow the Itemize infrastructure on AWS. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining Itemize’s AWS infrastructure assets including S3, VPCs, EC2s, Load balancers, API Gateways, Lambda Function, RDS, Aurora, Cloudwatch, SNS, Cloud formation, Elastic Search, WAF
- Creating and maintaining monitoring and alerting
- Ensuring the security and scalability of platforms
- Automate and simplify deployments of infrastructure
- Support AppDev CI/CD pipelines (in CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, and CodePipeline)
- Troubleshooting issues ranging from unresponsive instances to networking
- Ensure the security of all services, including maintaining infrastructure to be PCI and SOC compliant
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years hands-on experience with AWS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

- Certified DevOps Engineer
