Role Description
We are looking for a software engineer with experience in web development (mostly backend) with Java, Spring and not afraid to write and debug SQL queries directly. You will be joining forces with the customer success and development teams of a fast-growing e-commerce company in the US, to address any tickets related to bugs, improvements, and feature enhancements.
If you enjoy facing challenges and coming up with solutions, this project will keep you entertained.
This is a full-time position with a 40-hours workload per week.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in an engineering role
- Expertise in web development with Java + Spring
- Proficient at writing SQL queries
- Git
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A trustworthy, goal-oriented problem solver
Desirable skills
- Knowledge of jQuery
- Familiarity with React
- Familiarity with AWS (ECS, EC2, RDS, S3)
- Understanding of Aurora and Postgresql
